Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, and community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavioral data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help children reach developmental milestones.

The role includes paid RBT training and exam, travel time and mileage reimbursement, and a range of benefits designed to support growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children and ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Willingness to complete HHF RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.
