Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA while collecting data to track progress.

This role includes comprehensive RBT training, paid exam, travel reimbursement, and a competitive hourly base rate noted below. Great team culture and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; degree in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children in various settings.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients' families; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress.
