Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community. You will work under a BCBA, helping children reach developmental milestones with play-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child's progress.
