Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with the team to support each child’s progress.

Requirements include a high school diploma (human services degree preferred), comfort with children, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support progress.
