Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-designed plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills, and collaborate with families to apply effective strategies.

The role involves data collection, structured teaching sessions, and documentation in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress via data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
