Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

This role emphasizes collaboration with families, accurate data collection, and maintaining progress notes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
