Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Conway, Arkansas, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician Trainer to support children with special needs through ABA services under a BCBA. You will train and onboard BT staff, assist with treatment plan implementation, and ensure data collection and reporting are completed accurately.

The role requires 1.5 years of BT/RBT experience, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including database, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and policies.
• Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to apply common sense to written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• 1.5 years of experience as a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support psychosocial and developmental needs of children through ABA services as directed by the BCBA.
• Train, develop, and onboard new BT team members.
• Work under supervision of the BCBA and participate in Treatment Plan implementation.
• Enter data and report data to supervising BCBA.
• Assist with observational assessments such as ABC logs.
• Prepare for and implement materials for the skill acquisition program.
• Implement teaching interventions as directed by the BCBA.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant data storage and confidentiality.
• Provide leadership and supervision during sessions.
