Job summary

Behavioral Innovations in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a Clinical Trainer / Lead RBT to train BTs and RBTs under BCBAs, ensuring training milestones meet BACB standards and that every child progresses as required. You will oversee clinical training and collaboration across therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of ABA early intervention experience.
• Leadership experience supervising staff.
• Current RBT certification (RBT IV or higher preferred).
• Strong time management and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise BTs/RBTs to BACB standards and company program.
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs to align milestones and progress.
• Ensure effective therapy team operations and child progress.
• Lead training initiatives and develop staff through ongoing coaching.
