Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Spectrum seeks compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in a clinic setting. You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and tracking progress while supporting daily care tasks. Qualifications

• Active status as RBT with BACB certification.
• Ability to maintain RBT ethics and professional standards.
• Renewal management to avoid lapse in certification.
• Clear background check and work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on each child’s progress.
• Assist with daily care tasks and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with families respectfully.
• Promote play and social engagement through Reggio ABA approach.
• Attend supervision and training sessions to develop skills.
