Job summary

AB Spectrum is hiring compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic setting across Missouri, with on-site BCBA support and a play‑based Reggio ABA™ approach that builds communication and social skills.

This full‑time role requires reliability, active RBT certification, and the ability to work on the floor with children; starting pay is $20/hour, with merit raises, comprehensive benefits, and clear pathways to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active status: current RBT certification in good standing.
• Understand the RBT Ethics Code and maintain high integrity.
• Timely completion of the RBT renewal process to avoid lapse.
• Pass and maintain a clear background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No immediate family members currently receiving services at our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through Reggio ABA™.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
