Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Fluent Spanish speaking is required for this role. A 40-hour ABA training is expected, with certification encouraged. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings on a part-time schedule in the Richmond, NC area.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs and assessment findings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• This Position requires Fluent Spanish Speaking Technicians only.
