Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a family-centered team delivering in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families to ensure client success.

The position offers weekly pay, flexible evening shifts, and opportunities for training and certification support, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed 40-hour ABA training required.
• RBT certification encouraged/willing to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in development of individualized treatment goals based on assessments.
