Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for clients in the Alexandria, VA area. The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA-designed plans and data collection to track progress.

Fluent Spanish speaking is required. This part-time position offers afterschool shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for training, advancement, and benefits in a supportive family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in development of individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
