Job summary

Kinfolk ABA in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy and support client outcomes. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families and the clinical team.

Requirements include completing the 40-hour ABA training and background clearance. If not yet certified, certification assistance is available. Flexible weekly evening shifts and travel within the local area are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• Be willing to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
• Pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and confidential environment.
