Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Richmond, NC. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, following BCBA-designed plans, and collect progress data while collaborating with families and staff.

The role emphasizes Spanish-speaking skills, a supportive team, and ongoing professional development with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• This Position requires Fluent Spanish Speaking Technicians only.
