Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Paola, Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings and implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to support client progress.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma (college preferred), and are committed to data collection, collaboration with families, and maintaining a safe, supportive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
