Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Kansas. We provide in-home, in-school, and in-clinic therapy, delivering 1:1 services to children and supporting families.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the team to ensure client success. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules and competitive pay reflect our commitment to meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
