Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Neodesha, Kansas seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success.

Part-time or full-time roles with flexible shifts. Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation; background check required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass background check; reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
