Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. Provide 1:1 therapy in home, school, or clinic, following treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
