Job summary

Aluma Care KS is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Valley Center, Kansas. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or clinics under BCBA guidance, while collecting progress data and supporting family collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds or will obtain RBT certification, has a high school diploma (some college preferred), and can pass a background check. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
