Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Neodesha, Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Ideal candidates hold or are willing to obtain RBT certification, have a High School diploma (some college preferred), and can pass a background check. Flexible scheduling and career advancement opportunities are available, with both part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
