Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. in California is seeking an entry-level or certified RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home, clinic, or school settings. Sessions are 2–3 hours long, with flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload preferences.

The role supports communication, social, and daily living skills through structured play. Will provide supervision and ongoing training, with opportunities to grow toward advanced roles

Formación

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• Experience with teleheathl ABA is strongly preferred
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients

Responsabilidades

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in home/clinic/school settings
• Tailor caseload to availability and age groups from toddlers to teens
