Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring for a full-time Behavior Technician in Farmington, MN. You will work one-on-one with young children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting session data. Certification and willingness to complete RBT training within 20 days of hire are required.

We offer guaranteed full-time hours with regular raises, paid training, and a strong growth path into leadership and clinical roles within ABC.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 18 months to 8 years using play-based techniques.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Assist children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team.
