Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Shoreview, MN is seeking a dedicated Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and engage kids with play-based activities to support learning and development.

The role offers full-time hours with predictable day shifts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into leadership and clinical roles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace and floor activities.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
