Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 8 years. This full-time role follows personalized treatment plans, collects session data, and supports kids through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities.

You will work with a collaborative team, maintain a safe environment, and pursue growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
