Action Behavior Centers in Richfield, MN is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturdays. Earn advancement through promotions and a supportive growth path within ABC. Training includes fully covered RBT certification and regular raises.

You will follow individual treatment plans, collect data, and work with a collaborative team to help children succeed and reach developmental milestones.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and hold an RBT certification.
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move actively during sessions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on growth for kids.
• Observe and document progress, supporting clinical goals.
