Action Behavior Centers in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one play-based ABA therapy for children 18 months to 8 years old. The role offers Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with no nights; Saturdays optional on patient needs.

Immediate start, paid training, and growth opportunities within ABC are provided. Qualifications include active RBT certification and a high school diploma; willing to complete the RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help children grow.
