Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to RBTs.
• Review documentation, session notes, and data for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct quality assurance audits and follow up on identified issues.
• Communicate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve concerns.
• Track quality metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, clinical standards, and applicable requirements.
