Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work 1:1 with children aged 2–8 with autism, delivering structured therapies and collecting progress data under supervision. You will implement individualized programs designed by BCBA staff and collaborate closely with families to support growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Access to reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel to other clinics to support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to children aged 2–8 with ASD, helping communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement therapy programs designed by BCBA supervision, collect data, and participate in progress reviews.
• Engage children with play and movement to promote learning and growth.
• Collaborate with families to celebrate progress and address challenges.
