Job summary

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Behavior Therapist to work 1:1 with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing individualized therapy programs and collecting progress data. You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families to support each child’s growth.

We offer paid training to earn RBT certification, generous benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children between ages 2-9 with ASD, helping them learn communication, social, and daily-living skills.
• Implement individualized therapy programs designed by BCBA, collect data, and participate in team discussions about progress and strategy.
• Engage children using play, movement, and laughter to promote skill-building and growth.
• Partner with clients and their families to celebrate wins, solve problems, and support growth.
