Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions in Vallejo, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans and support students using ABA under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay is $25 per hour for BTs, with $27–$32 per hour for RBTs, depending on experience and education. Driving to sites is required; fingerprint TB clearances are needed, and SPG offers mentoring and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; must obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Associate’s degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, SLP-related field or licensed SLP-A.
• ABA experience required; 6–12 months minimum; 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
• Collect data and track progress for each student.
• Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors.
