Job summary

Tellos seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support skill development and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care and adherence to BACB ethical guidelines, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
