Job summary

Tellos is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will contribute to improving clients’ skills and quality of life through 1:1 therapy in home settings.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with BCBAs, speech and occupational therapists, with ongoing training and a commitment to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists).
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
