Milestone Achievements ABA in Cartersville, GA is hiring an RBT for in-home ABA therapy. Under BCBA supervision, you will provide one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in homes, schools, or communities. Attend sessions on time, collect data, and collaborate with the BCBA to implement ABA plans.

Schedule is Monday to Friday 2:30–5:00 PM in Cartersville. Benefits include PTO accrual, 401K, mileage reimbursement, monthly bonus opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Team player who can provide excellent service to clients and families.
• Personal transportation is required.
• Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA instruction under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect and log behavior and skill data during sessions on an electronic device.

Full Job Description

Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) for in-home ABA therapy services in Cartersville. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Other related duties as required.
