Job summary

Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire an RBT for in-home ABA therapy services in Suwanee, GA. Under the supervision of a BCBA, an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include implementing ABA procedures, arriving prepared for sessions, collecting behavior and skill data, and logging hours accurately. Flexible scheduling and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Team player with excellent customer service to clients and families.
• Personal means of transportation.
• Will seek supervision and ongoing training.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBA to implement ABA therapy and teaching procedures.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and log hours accurately.

Full Job Description

Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) for in-home ABA therapy services in Suwanee areas. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Other related duties as required.
