Regency ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA services under supervision. You will work with children to build skills and independence, following BCBA-dictated plans, and maintain accurate data in CentralReach.

The role offers a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 3:45 PM–6:45 PM) with approximately 15 hours per week, competitive pay, mileage between clients, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record session data in CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.

The RBT will provide high-quality, individualized behavioral services to clients while working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve personal goals.
