Job summary

Milestone Achievements ABA in Johns Creek is hiring an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, delivering one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school or community settings.

You will collect data, collaborate with a BCBA, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a supportive team that values compassion, reliability and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Team player who can provide excellent customer service to clients & families.
• Must have personal means of transportation.
• Willingness to seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to implement ABA teaching procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Full Job Description:

Milestone Achievements ABAis looking to hire an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)for in-home ABA therapy services. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Other related duties as required.
