Job summary

Milestone Achievements seeks caring RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community, following treatment plans created by a BCBA and taking accurate data to track progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community.
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Take accurate data and track progress.
• Work closely with families and your clinical team.
• Help create a positive and supportive environment for each client.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, school, or community

Compensation & Schedule:

• $22–$32/hour
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Flexible hours based on your availability
• Location: Cartersville, GA and surrounding areas.
