Milestone Achievements ABA is seeking an in-home RBT to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in Milledgeville, GA. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement teaching procedures and gather data during sessions.

The role offers evening hours (Mon-Fri 4:30-6:30 pm), part-time status, and monthly bonus opportunities along with benefits such as PTO accrual, 401K, mileage reimbursement, and recertification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required to perform ABA services.
• Team player with good customer service for families.
• Personal transportation is required.
• Willingness to seek feedback, supervision and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA instruction under BCBA supervision.
• Be punctual and prepared for each therapy session.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill data during sessions and log hours accurately.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Full Job Description

Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire anRBT (Registered Behavior Technician)for in-home ABA therapy services in Milledgeville, GA. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• Team player, who can provide excellent customer service to clients & their families
• Personal means of transportation
