Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is actively seeking a part-time RBT in Georgia to provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. Join our growing team and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in their homes and community settings.

The role offers flexible scheduling with 15-20 hours per week, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for growth and advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
