Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to deliver ABA services to children in-home and in community settings in Georgia. You will implement programs under a BCBA, supporting communication, social skills and daily living goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and supervision to help you grow toward BCBA credentials, with a team that values mentoring and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and daily needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
