Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy programs and help children acquire functional communication and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold an active RBT, and can pass a background check with reliable transportation. Join a supportive team offering mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.
