Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services under the supervision of BCBAs. We support infants through teenagers with autism, focusing on communication, social interaction and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and daily living needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans.

Pursuing your BCBA degree?

• We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
