Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking dedicated individuals to join our in-home and community-based ABA teams, providing therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

Whether you are an active RBT or pursuing certification, you will support children with developmental disabilities, implement programs, complete progress notes, and collaborate with families. Part-time schedule after school, 15–20 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
