Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a motivated individual for part-time Applied Behavior Analysis services in Georgia. You will work with children in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA programs and track progress.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RBT certification, meet the minimum age and education requirements, and demonstrate reliable transportation. Join our team for growth, mentorship, and meaningful impact in the lives of children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website is required.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in the data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
