Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement ABA programs, help children reach functional goals, and maintain progress notes in our data collection system.

We value flexibility with 15–20 hours per week, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement. A background check and active RBT certification are required, with reliable transportation to client sites throughout Georgia.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check passed.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for children.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.

• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
