Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring in Georgia to provide in-home ABA services for children with autism under BCBA supervision. The team supports infants through teens, focusing on communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

We welcome both experienced RBTs and passionate newcomers, offering learning, mentorship, and clear pathways for advancement within a supportive, family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Criminal background check required.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with children, preferably developmental disabilities, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent program implementation.

Pursuing your BCBA degree?

• We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
