Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to children in Georgia under supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities include implementing programs, teaching functional skills, and documenting progress with families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for children.
• Complete progress notes in the data system and document progress.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plans.

Pursuing your BCBA degree?

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
