Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA programs, monitor progress, and help children achieve their goals in daily activities.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT credential, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for making a difference. We offer PTO, flexible hours, advancement opportunities, and BCBA supervision.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification required by BACB.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and driving license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and in community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach functional skills to help children reach goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data system and coordinate with families.

Pursuing your BCBA degree?

• We will sign off on your supervision for both your restricted and non-restricted hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
