Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings in Georgia. You will work after school hours (15-20 hours/week) with BCBA supervision, delivering established therapy plans and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Teach skills to meet functional goals and complete progress notes.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.

Pursuing your BCBA degree?

Responsibilities:

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website
• Pass a criminal background check
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities

Schedule:

• Part time after school hours. 15-20 hours per week
• Monday to Friday. Day Shift. Weekends as needed
